Sorry Dear ,I Think u are Using Too Much Java Code In Yrs Blogs ,Code Here are not makes yrs blogs to hang out ,It occures only if you dont place code properly , You can also check yours website opening speed through various tools both before and after placing code.If still problem exixt then i am always ready to help you , One thinh more leave yrs website atleast one day after placing code .

When i put this code in my site, it opens too slow, and in Internet Explorer it frozen about 15-20 seconds. How can i repair?

besides that, you can always use greasemonkey addons. it places emoticons in your new post. you just drag n drop. btw, good tutorial here
