so to create thumbnail pictures in yours blogger webpage Go to>>>Template>>>Add Elements>>> Select sidebar’s Add Page Elements. Select Link List option at top right corner.

Now Add yours favourite pictures Url in Linklist which you want to add into yours blogger webpage .
Now after doing this Go to Template>>>Edit HTML>>> Tick Mark Expand Widget Template check box. Then look for the LinkList1 widget. It should be in front of all the other widgets, and right after the CSS portion of the code.And paste below code in place of Linklist as seen in image below .
